Shipping Policy

Most items are handmade to order.

Our current process time is 2 weeks. Please allow the full 2 weeks plus 2-5 days for your order to arrive. If you need your items sooner, a rush fee will be required.

Priority or express shipping will not speed up the process time, only the time it takes to arrive once shipped.

If you wish to place a rush order, be sure to annotate this on your order in the notes section, or email us at info@udessentials.com.  Remember to include your order number in your email.
